We produce high quality Brackets, bushings, bosses, pins and retaining rings that absolutely outlast the manufacturer’s designs. At FEL-TECH Hammer Division we take pride in our design practices and applications for all carriers and hydraulic hammers. Our hydraulic hammer brackets are simply the best on the market today because of the specialized steel that we custom order, the “cryogenic process” that we have developed and our 650 amp. flux core wire feed welding system. Because we understand steel and the properties of the treatment of steel after manufacturing, Our bushings and pins will outlast other manufacturers by 200% - 400% for longevity, shock absorption, energy displacement and wear. All of our hydraulic hammer brackets are custom made one at a time with a cost that is less than a manufacturers assembly line cost.

At FEL-TECH Hammer Division we will always provide you with alloy polished pins in metric sizes from 35mm to 110mm. All pins are always matched to your bushings and sleeves with a “slip fit” for easy installation. We stock over 2,400 feet of metric size pins in our warehouse which allows us to always have your size in stock. At FEL-TECH we stock 35mm, 45mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm and 110mm ground, polished and pre-hardened high quality stock from American suppliers around the country.

At FEL-TECH Hammer Division all our plate steel is pre-drawn and pre-cut on our state of the art CNC cutting table to your exact specifications (+/- .015) for your hydraulic hammer. FEL-TECH Hammer Division stocks 1/2" - 3/4" - 1” - 1-1/4” and 1-1/2” plate steel in 5’ x 10’ sheets ready to be designed on our 2008 AUTO CAD System and cut on our state of the art cutting center.
GUSSETS
Every hydraulic hammer bracket that FEL-TECH Hammer Division designs and builds will always have matching 3/4" - 1 1/2" steel gussets on the exterior faces depending on your hydraulic hammer bracket. With opposing reinforcements on the interior center, you can be sure that your FEL-TECH Hydraulic Hammer bracket will actually outlast the hammer that it is mounted to.
WELDING
Our specialized PRE-HEAT FLUX CORE welding system allows us to create an unbreakable weld that will continue to keep your bracket in line at all x, y, and z coordinates as you use your hydraulic hammer at its full capacity.

Advantages: The major advantages of flux-cored welding are reduced cost and higher deposition rates than either SMAW or solid wire GMAW. The cost is less for flux-cored electrodes because the alloying agents are in the flux, not in the steel filler wire as they are with solid electrodes. Flux-cored welding is ideal where bead appearance is important and no machining of the weld is required. A higher percentage of the filler metal is deposited when compared to shield metal arc welding. Finally, better penetration is obtained than from shielded metal arc welding.
