We will contact our freight company or you may contact Diversified Transportation Services directly by email or phone and tell them you will be shipping your hydraulic hammer to FEL-TECH Hammer Division, and you would like the charges applied to our account. We will include all shipping cost to your rebuild total. We do not mark up any shipping cost. You always pay exactly what we are charged.



FEL-TECH Hammer Division will inform you when your hydraulic hammer arrives.

Our trained technicians will break down your hydraulic hammer the very next day and inspect it externally and internally. Measurements will be taken and recorded. Pictures will be taken and sent to you for your review. This inspection is a free service. We will not charge you like the manufacturers do to inspect your hydraulic hammer. You pay the shipping only.

We will contact you on the 2nd day after the arrival and inspection of your hydraulic hammer. We will inform you of any problems detected and what will be required to bring your hydraulic hammer back to factory specifications.

We will offer you a written quote via fax or email that will include all the needed information for your records.

Once you approve the quote, we will then begin the rebuild process.

The rebuild process will take approximately one to three weeks depending on the parts that are needed, parts availability, shipping logistics and any machining requirements.

FEL-TECH will always ask you what you prefer when replacement parts are required. Some parts may be ordered from the factory or aftermarket. Some parts may be made by FEL-TECH Hammer Division in our in-house machine shop. FEL-TECH will always ask you what you prefer when replacement parts are required. We will keep you informed via email as your hydraulic hammer goes through the rebuild process.

No deposit is required before rebuilding. All fees are collected before we ship your hydraulic hammer back to you.

We offer a 6 month warranty for all rebuilt hydraulic hammers providing you have approved our estimate in full.
